| The Great Hall
Vast chamber with an enchanted ceiling that mirrors the sky outside. Four long tables for the four houses. Closest to the doors from the Entrance Hall is Slytherin, then Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, and next to the far wall, Gryffindor. The teachers sit at the High Table, a table on a raised platform at the front of the room.

Albus Dumbledore's office. After Dippet's retirement, Dumbledore took over, allowing all sorts of witches and wizards into the school. His office is always open to those who solely know the password.

The Hogwarts library contains tens of thousands of books on thousands of shelves. Included in its many sections is an Invisibility Section, a section with information about dragons, and a Restricted Section at the back, set off with a rope.

Hogwarts has a trophy room where all the old awards, trophies, statues, cups, plates, shields, and medals are kept in crystal display cases. There is also a list of all the head boys and girls.

| The Mirror of Erised
A magnificent mirror, as high as a classroom ceiling, with an ornate gold frame, standing on two clawed feet. The inscription carved around the top reads "Erised stra ehru oyt ube cafru oyt on wohsi," which is "I show not your face but your heart's desire".

| Gryffindor Tower
The entrance is behind a large painting of a Fat Lady in a pink silk dress in a corridor on the seventh floor. If you know the right password to tell her, she opens to reveal a round opening in the wall leading into the Gryffindor common room, which is the lowest floor of the tower.

| The Room of Requirement
The Room of Requirement is a magical room which can only be discovered by someone who is in need. The Room is located on the seventh floor, opposite a tapestry showing Barnabas the Barmy. To make the Room appear, a person has to walk past the section of blank wall three times concentrating hard on what is needed.

Founded in late 1500s or early 1600s by Mungo Bonham, St. Mungo's Hospital is located in London. The Healers at St. Mungo's are trained and equipped to treat a wide variety of magic-related illnesses and injuries.

| Number 12 Grimmauld Place
Unplottable and hidden away behind a Fidelius Charm, between two shabby London Muggle houses, is number twelve Grimmauld Place. This is the family home of the Noble and Most Ancient House of Black, one of the most prominent pure-blood wizarding families. It's the current meeting place of the Order.

| Little Hangleton
A town of massive importance to recent wizarding history and yet unknown to most modern wizards, Little Hangleton is found about six miles from its neighbor, Great Hangleton, and is the location of the Riddle House, where Tom Marvolo Riddle killed his father, Tom Riddle, and his grandparents in the summer of 1944. It is also the location of the graveyard where Voldemort regained his body in 1995.
